Q: Both lanes are not scoring properly. (Non Bruns GS machines)

A: If BOTH lanes are not scoring properly, then the issue is most likely a camera alignment problem.  Go through the Setup Wizard.  Step 6 of the Wizard should show the image of the pins correctly in the center of the screen.  If they are not in the center of the screen, then adjust the position using the keys on the keyboard.  FInish the Wizard and note that all pin indicator positions are correct.  If they are not correct, press the Left Arrow key and retry the final configure process.
