Q: Some Casino Winners receipts are not being printed

Each workstation that runs Control Lanes has an equal chance of printing the Casino Winner receipt. Check each workstation that runs Control Lanes to see if each workstation has the specified receipt printer installed.

If every workstation has the specified receipt printer installed, then check Control Lanes (File -> Printer Setup) to see if the specified receipt printer is selected. Select the specified receipt printer out of the printer list (even if it is already selected) and restart Control Lanes.
