Q: I have just selected a lane message from the Lane Messages tab in Center Setup, why is it black on the upper monitors?
A: There could be a number of reasons why this could be happening, please check the following:
- That the picture dimensions are 640 W x 480 H (pixels) in *.PCX format
- The file name is not longer than 12 characters long (8 characters for DVS) not including the file extension
If the above steps do not work contact your Computer Score support staff for further advice.
