Q: How do I swap the main computer with the 'Backup' incase the 'Master' or 'Comscore' machine fails

A: Computer Score has the ability to quickly change over a backup computer in the event of a main computer failure.  However, it is not a procedure that should be attempted without advise.  Contact your Computer Score representative for a manual on this procedure.
