Q: The Automatic Daily Backup is coming up with an error. Invalid ZIP file or similar.

A: The backup file has become corrupted, delete it to re-create it from scratch.  The backup files are located in C:\COMSCORE\BACKUP on the hard drive of the computer that is reporting the problem.

Delete the file that is reporting the error.  If you are unsure, then delete all files with a .ZIP extension.  They will be recreated the next time the daily backup is done.

Note: The file was probably corrupted when someone tried to cancel the backup.  The software cannot cancel a backup mid way through writing the ZIP file, so when the cancel button is pressed, it will finish the current section and then stop.  If you try to manually terminate the program before this can occur, then this will result in a corrupted ZIP file.
